Sharper work starts with a clearly defined problem, not a hundred ideas in search of one.
People over pixels
What people actually do is messy. In health, they're often doing it while frightened or unwell, and that matters more than a design that only looks good in a deck.
Outcomes, not output
AI made the output easy. The outcome is the work, and the clearest answer to anyone worried about being replaced.
Challenge bias
Especially on projects with a history of success. Is there another conversation we could be having?
Take people with you
Leadership is making other people more capable. I'd rather lift a whole room than be the smartest person in it.
